High FTA totals correlate with high usage rates and offensive aggressiveness — players near the top of this leaderboard are almost always among their team's primary options.

FTA volume has important implications for player prop betting. A player averaging 8+ FTA per game creates a significant scoring floor because even at 70% FT accuracy, those attempts contribute 5+ points per game. FTA volume also predicts game pace for that player — on nights when they're being fouled frequently, their total scoring output tends to be elevated. FTA leaders who are also efficient shooters (FT% above 80%) represent the safest points prop targets because their floor is protected from multiple angles.
